Gundersen Lutheran Health System, La Crosse, WI January 2011 December 2011 Collaborated with radiation oncologists, physics staff, and radiation therapists to create optimal treatment plans. Used Radiation Oncology Resources (ROR) software to electronically document patient dosimetry. Assisted with simulation processes and fabrication of immobilization devices. Performed image fusion of CT/MRI and CT/PET images. Planned HDR cylinder intracavitary implant. Planned LDR prostate seed interstitial implant. Participated in monthly linear accelerator and monthly HDR QA. Observed IMRT QA and analysis with Sun Nuclear MapCheck System. Instruct residents and radiation therapy interns on the basics of 3DRT.
