resources from my database/hotlists initially.If I find anyone from my list I will talk to them, (taking all the details regarding his experience.. in each skill ,Location, availability and rate etc..) and I will submit them... If I didn't find any right match then I will go for Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Hotjobs, CareerBuilder etc.. 1) In which areas/skillset you are specialized in? A) I was specialized in all the areas like Client server technologies (Java/J2ee) , ERP's (SAP,Peoplesoft,BAAN) and Datawarehousing (Informatica,Business Objects, Datastage, AbInitio, Actuate....) and Networking.. 2)What is diff. between C2C (Corp to Corp) & 1099 & W2? A) C2C (Corp to Corp) -- C2C is applicable for H1's -- In this the consultant want to take care of all his Taxes... 1099 -- 1099 is applicable for GC's (Green Card holders) & US Citizens (Americans) -- In this the consultant want to take care of all his Taxes... W2 -- W2 is applicable for GC's (Green Card holders) & US Citizens (Americans) -- In this the company will pay the taxes... 3) How many req's you are going to handle every day? A) 3 to 5 reqs. (depends).. 4) How soon you are able to submit resumes one after getting the req. from your Account Manager / Team Lead? Depends/Varies -- If I have any readymade consultants from my list(database) I will submit them immediately... else I have to go for Job Boards like Dice or Monster (probably it will take 1 or 2 hrs). 5) Timings Difference --EST (Eastern Standard Time) ---- 9:00AM to 6:00 CST (Central Standard Time) ---MST (Mountain Standard Time) --PST (Pacific Standard Time) ---We will work as per EST. 6) what are your Strengths & Weakness ? 7) How can you say the resume is genuine or not?
