Section 3: task 4 A miracle in the emergency room By Gildardo Palma Lara

Marsha did not use to believe in miracles, she claimed that there was no God. Thus, she lived her life as an atheist person free of religious events. One day her child suddenly came down with the illness. Dakota got fever all of a sudden without any rational explanation. She had a bad stomachache and vomit. Marsha was worried about it and took her to the hospital, but the pediatricians did not give a clear diagnostic of her problem: the medic argued that it was a stomach infection. Some blood tests were suggested in order to determine the sickness she mysteriously developed. Surprisingly, the tests revealed that leucocytes were normal and no infection was in progress in her immunological system. Dakota was running a fever faster and doctors needed to put her into ice. Marsha felt lonely and miserable. While the nurses were bathing the girl to fight fever, she spontaneously worshipped God. Oh Lord Jesus Christ, forgive me she suddenly said, Jesus please dont let her die take me instead. Some minutes after worshipping Christ one nurse came out of the room, told her that the fever was coming down, and the child began getting over. A miracle occurred.
