Apple Cider Vinegarette Salad Dressing

Yields 1.5 cups

1 cup of organic, cold pressed olive oil


½ cup of organic, raw Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP. Raw Honey
1/8 tsp. of cectic sea salt

1. Place honey, vinegar and salt in blender. Turn blender on at medium


speed.
2. Slowly add olive oil so it takes 5 seconds to pour the entire amount.
3. Blend for 5 more seconds.
4. Store in glass jar in the fridge for 2 weeks or until taste turns
undesirable.

It is a good idea to make a large amount of dressing at once, it will last in the
refrigerator. If it separates or congeals, leave out of the refrigerator for 10
minutes or immerse jar in warm water. Then shake vigorously to remix.
