    VARADA RAJ SHENOY M Regal Tower Bejai, Mangalore Dear Sir, Sub: Increase in rent. Your agreement expired on 19-9-2011, so far we have not increased the rent according to agreement conditions. Since the prevailing rent in the area is very high and also due to increased expenses and taxes we have decided to increase rent from 1st February 2012 to Rs 7875/-. The prevailing service tax along with cess and all other taxes levied by Government are payable extra along with rent. Fresh agreement will be entered into with the above rent. You can give your acceptance by returning the copy of this notice duly signed
