To mainstream the integrated concerns of DRR/CCA into the Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plans (PDPFPs)
Administrative Order No. 1 issued on Sept. 17, 2010
LGUs, particularly the provinces, to adopt and use the 2008 Guidelines for Mainstreaming DRR in Subnational Development and Land Use/Physical Planning - NEDA, UNDP-European Commission Humanitarian Aid (DIPECHO) NEDA to conduct capability-building activities for planning offices at the local, regional and national levels on the use of the Guidelines.
