IN MY OPINOIN ABNK AL-FALAH IS WILL SOON CAPTURE THE MARKET AND WILL BE A MATCHLESS BANK IN PAKISTAN AT ONE TIME AS ITS PROVIDING FACILITIESAND VALUABLE PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS, MOST OF ALL THIS BANK REALIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF ITS CUSTOMERS. AS ITS SAYS;

1. FINANCE/COST MANAGEMENT
THESE SHOULD BE A WELL-ESTABLISHED SYSTEM FOR CORRECT RECORDING OF ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS. IF POSSIBLE THE FINANCIAL REPORT LIKE TRAIL BALANCE MUST BE GENERATED DAILY TO ANALYZE ALL TRANSACTIONS CARRIED OUT BY ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT.

2. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & DEVELOPMENT


IN MY VIEWPOINT, RESPECT SHOULD BE GIVEN TO SENIOR STAFF. THERE SHOULD BE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR NEW COMERS TO MAKE IT A SUCCESSFUL ORGANIZATION.

3. CONSUMER RELATIONS & MARKETING


CROs SHOULD HAVE A PLEASANT PERSONALITY, GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL, CONVINCING POWER AND VERBAL ABILITY IN LOCAL LANGUAGE IN ORDER TO BETTER GUIDE AND INSPIRE CONSUMERS.

THE BANK SHOULD OFFER INCENTIVES TO THE BANK EMPLOYEE ON THEIR BEST SALES TO INCREASE THE SALES AND PROFITS OF THE BANK. BEST PACKAGES SHOULD BE OFFERED TO CONSUMERS FOR IMPROVING THE SALE OF THE BANKS PRODUCT AND SERVICES.

6. SOCIAL/ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
THE BANK SHOULD TRY TO RECONSIDER THEIR LOAN POLICIES IN SUCH A WAY THAT THERE SHOULD BE NO INTEREST ON DIFFERENT LOANS AS IT IS AGAINST OUR RELIGIOUS AND SOCIAL NORMS.
