ENERGIZATION PROCEDURE FOR CAPACITOR BANK-1 (C301) WITH THE VARIATION OF VOLTAGE: 1. PUT 13.8KV CB-B315 in Service Position & bus section CB-A304 in open position 2. From 3ACCS panel Put PLC in ON/TEST Potion 3. 3ACCS put in Local/Sup. Position 4. From RTCC-1 panel (remote tap changer control) of T601 transformer put in manual

5. Increase manually the transformer (T601) tap to reduce the voltage of Low Side. 6. The system voltage will go reduce till the set voltage in PLC, ACCS will give a close command to B315 Breaker.

7. Check the behavior of the system then proceed for next steps as follows. 8. Reduce the tap of Transformer T601 to increase the voltage 9. When system will reach at set voltage which will be > ACCS Set Voltage, PLC Will open the B315 Breaker. ENERGIZATION PROCEDURE FOR CAPACITOR BANK-2 (C302) WITH THE VARIATION OF VOLTAGE: 1. PUT 13.8KV CB-B341 in Service Position & bus section CB-A304 in open position 2. From 3ACCS panel Put PLC in ON/TEST Potion 3. 3ACCS put in Local/Sup. Position 4. From RTCC-1 panel (remote tap changer control) of T603 transformer put in manual 5. Increase manually the transformer (T603) tap to reduce the voltage of Low Side. 6. The system voltage will go reduce till the set voltage in PLC, ACCS will give a close command to B341 Breaker. 7. Check the behavior of the system then proceed for next steps as follows. 8. Reduce the tap of Transformer T603 to increase the voltage 9. When system will reach at set voltage which will be > ACCS Set Voltage, PLC Will open the B341 Breaker.

Note: By changing of tap position of power transformers a possibility to not reach on set voltage the system voltage can be reduced through SCADA eg. 132kV system.
