    I, RAJESH GUPTA aged 55 years, son of OMPRAKASH GUPTA, resident of 78/9 Sunflower Apartment Lucknow do hereby make and declare this as my LAST WILL and TESTAMENT whereby I leave, bequeath and give to SUNNY GUPTA (my son) all my property, movable and immovable which I may be possessed of or entitled to at the time of my death. AND I HEREBY APPOINT him the said SUNNY GUPTA, sole executrix (or executor) of this my will. IN WITNESS whereof I RAJESH GUPTA, the said, have hereto signed at his own house this the 7th day of April, 2011.

RAJESH GUPTA SIGNED by the said RAJESH GUPTA as his last Will and testament in the presence of us, present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other, sign as witnesses hereto.
