What is the relative standing of flexituff in this landscape Identifying the core products offered by flexituff and their characteristics and what is the core business strategy External Analysis Understanding the core manufacturing processes of the company identifying the level of dependence of core input raw materials Dependence of the process on external economic conditions, is the business labour or capital intensive Identifying the major customers domestic and foreign Identifying competitive advantage Manufacture of FIBC (Flexible intermediate bulk containers)

Going forward, we will further refine on the above mentioned points and add: 1. Companys strategy towards employee welfare and various provisions 2. How flexituff positions itself as a responsible corporate focus on the green strategies and initiatives of the company 3. Identifying the various production plants locations 4. Does the company have a research and development division and how much focus in terms of funding does it receive
