    Date: 03/15/2012 To: Whom it may concern Imani Irving was pre-approved for Home Path financing for a home loan of $210,000. The buyer currently exceeds the Home Path guidelines for credit score, (730), Income, employment history and Proof of funds. We received an approval at 95% and now the Fannie Mae system is not approving it. The underwriter will not move forward until they receive a desktop approval so we are stuck. At this point it does not appear that we will be able to fund this loan.
