CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT

Agreement made by and between Affuel Systems Group, Inc. with a principal place of business
12600, Deerfield Pkwy Suite 1025, Alpharetta, Georgia. GA FED.ID-25-1877047 and.

Commitments:
1. Both signed parties agree that during the period that both parties offer and or provide
services to the other signed party for a period of one year thereafter shall not compete
with or solicit each others clients or candidates at any time during the one year agreed
upon period.
2. Both parties agree that they shall not use or disclose to anyone any confidential
information regarding the clients or candidates learned during discussions prior to any or
during the performance of services, without written permission or until such information
become a matter of general knowledge.
3. We also agree to accept this position, if it is offered, within 24 hours after the final client
interview. If we decide to back out of this position, for whatever reason, we understand
Affuel Systems Group, Inc., suffers irreparable damage with this client and we are liable
to pay the damages in whatever way Affuel Systems Group, Inc. deems appropriate.
4. The laws of the state of State of Georgia shall govern this agreement.
