Design & preparation of Quality System Apex Manual, which is the base of quality system will be prepared according to your existing structure and with some modifications, if required, so that the manual is as per the standard of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality System requirements.

Training of your staff Training on ISO 9001 : 2008 series and on Internal Quality Audit will be conducted. Design & Preparation of 2nd and 3rd level Documents All departmental procedure, their system of implementation, quality plans will be prepared and implemented in accordance to the required standards. Design & Implementation of 4th level documents All forms / formats related to the Marketing, Purchase, service, Inspection up to the stage of final inspection & dispatch will be reviewed, redesigned to incorporate traceability at all stages even at the customer end.

Computerisation process if required will be also be reviewed in this regard.

Management Review and Internal Audit A system of Management Review of the Quality System will be defined and implemented after each Internal Quality Audit. First Internal Quality Audit and Management Review will be conducted under our guidance to bring perfection in the system.
