A very good morning to Mr.Speaker, fair and wise adjudicators, precise timekeepers and honorable members of the house.

My name is wan Muhammad Akram and I as the 1st speaker of the government will present one argument to be debated by this house. The 2nd speaker of the government Hansraj Rahul will rebut and present another 2 arguments. Lastly the 3rd speaker of the government Trishul vikram will rebut all the distorted arguments that were bound to hear from the opposition side of the house today. Now, lets move on the motion today which is a students excellence begins at home. Let me first define the motion. What is a student? According to wide number of sources a student means a learner, or someone who attends an educational institution. Secondly, an excellent student is yet again by a wide number of sources define as a student who has acquired the ability to excel and become outstanding in something, in this case, sport and studies. Well lastly, a home. A home is define as a place of residence which is where someone will be most comfortable at. Therefore, by just hearing the definition I think we all can already see where a students excellence begins at. Now, moving on to my first argument, The motion, a students excellence begins at home is without any doubt is so true and we as the government strongly agree with this. Parents play the utmost role in molding and shaping their childrens character and most importantly their childrens future undertakings. Every psychologist des in fact agree that parents are the number one in every childs life. Therefore, parents practically the pioneers of a students excellence. This is because parents can keep their eyes on their children at all times. Its very important for parents to monitor and guide their children so that their children will not be influenced by negative values. Their concentration on studies will also not be affected. Where else, in school, students are exposed to social issues such as smoking, playing truant, gang issues and many other things. Therefore their study will be neglected. Under the eagle eye of a students parents they will definitely concentrate more on studies and will be able to achieve much more success in the future. This without doubt proves that a students excellence does begin at home. We, as the government have just proven to you that with indisputable facts that a students excellence does in fact begin at home. Now, before I pass the torch on, let me reaffirm our stand that this house strongly agrees that a students excellence does begin at home.
