AJ (Ecuadorian salsa) peppers, finely chopped (approx.

4 red chili peppers and 1 habanero) 4 Roma tomatoes, finely chopped (or enough of any kind of tomato to equal the same amount) c. water tsp. salt more water, if desired cilantro, chopped, to taste 4 green onions, chopped lemon or lime juice (either 1 small green lime o 2 tsp. of bottled lemon juice) tsp. olive oil 1 tsp. sugar 1 of the following optional ingredients (chochos, chopped tomato, chopped hard-boiled egg), to taste Blend the peppers, tomatoes, water and salt. Add more water if desired. Stir in the cilantro, green onions, lemon juice, olive oil, and any optional ingredients.
