    Internal Analysis: a. Strengths:

    1. Powerful network. 2. Strong customer care. 3. Specific packages for business people. 4. Many exciting offers for customers. 5. Sponsor of Bangladesh cricket team. 6. Dedicated &customer oriented employee.

    b. Weakness:

    1. High call charge. 2. Slow internet speed. 3. Small variations of packages. 4. High price of internet modem.

    External Analysis:

    a. Opportunities:

    1. Set networks in rural areas. 2. Take social responsibilities to strong their company. 3. Develop handsets variations. 4. GP has power network so they can start video calling service.

    b. Threats:

    1. Many competitors. 2. Competitors charge lower call price than GP. 3. Some competitors give modem at lower price than GP.
