When questions are presented as to how to approach a portion of the group assignment, she always offers constructive suggestions. Joan is always positive and has never made negative comments during discussion, even when she has a differing opinion.

Routinely uses time well throughout the project to ensure things get done on time. Group does not have to adjust deadlines or work responsibilities because of this person's procrastination. I have no suggestions to improve your contribution to the group because I think you are doing phenomenal. It has been great working with you so far!
