    PASSIONFRUIT CAKE INGREDIENTS 500g butter 8 eggs 500g caster sugar 1 pound of passionfruit pulp 1 pound of flour 1 can

    METHOD Preheat oven to 120 c melt butter and add sugar, eggs and mix then Add the flour, the can cream and Strain the pulp through a sieve into the creamed mixture, finally mix well ensuring all is combined. Later Take a greased baking pan, spread mixture in the pan. Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Is important Test with a skewer to check readiness and when skewer comes out clean remove of the oven.
