Actuator Feed Limit Valve Repair Pump Pressure Regulator Repair
When the Actuator Feed Limit Valve bore wears, a loss in pressure rise and shift solenoid oil will follow, causing the following fault codes and friction burn up PO731, PO732, PO733, PO734 & PO735. With slight wear at this area, fault code PO735 ratio error 5th gear is very common when hot. Transgo have developed a new modified valve, together with modified springs to eliminate this problem. The Reamer is required for this valve. When the pump pressure regulator valve bore wears, it causes the valve to stick in use causing no movement. The two small lands on the pressure regulator valve will get stuck between the bore wear. Transgo has developed a new direct replacement pressure regulator valve with repositioned lands and a internal exhaust circuit so both ends of the valve will be supported at all times. No Reamer required for this valve.
