in its structure : 1. Civic Education training officer : BA in Political Science, Education-Arts, and sociology. 2. Database Manager (Contract basis) : A0 Information technology, Computer science 3. In-charge of Printer machine : A0 Electro Mechanics, Electromechanic al Engineering, ; Or A1 Electro Machines, Electronics Mechanics, Electro mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of work experience in a similar job 4. Accountant : A0 in Accounting or Finance. Mastery of computer tool Application procedure: Sealed envelopes addressed to the Executive Secretary of the National Electoral Commission, containing an application form, a copy of the academic transcripts and a copy of the Identity Card must reach NEC offices situated at NEC/RRA/AG complex in Kimihurura not later than 30th March, 2012.
