A Comment on the United States Supreme Court Case of: Church of Lukimi Babalu Aye vs.

City of Hialeah Found at: 508 U.S. 520 (1993) A Legal Opinion By By Anthony Fejfar, B.A., J.D., Coif Member, United States Supreme Court Bar Member, The Sons of Liberty Perpetual (C)Copyright by Anthony J. Fejfar, and Neothomism, P.C. (PA) and The American People and The People of God, and The People. The United States Supreme Court Case of Church of Lukimi Babalu vs. vs. City of Hialeah, 508 U.S. 520 (1993) was wrongly decided. First, the United States Supreme Court Case of Employment Division vs. Smith, 494 U.S. 872 (1990) clearly states that a criminal statute trumps the First Amendment right of Free Exercise of Religion as long as the criminal statute meets the requirements of Substantive Due Process. In the present case, that is, the Lukimi case, it appears that the statute which prohibited animal sacrifice was a criminal statute, and therefore any first amendment free exercise argument by the Church of Lukimi must fail. Also, it is clear that santeria is not a religion for First Amendment purposes. The

United States Supreme Court has stated that a religion for first amendment purposes must have a hierarchy, must have church doctorine, and must have some sort of legal or juridical system. The Church of Lukimi does not meet these requirements. Additionally, a religion is not considered satanism in the United States and never has

been. A religion must support Higher Values and Higher Emotions, and also must support Basic Values and Basic Emotions, and must oppose base values and base emotions. It is clear that satanic groups such as santeria and voodoo and witches covens, support base values and base emotions and must be suppressed with laws such as the Statute of William Penn and the Law of Logic, which makes acts of sophistry illegal. Witches covens, santeria, and voodoo can all be put out of business by criminally prosecuting their members for sophistry. Historically, witches have been tried and then burnt for their evil, vile acts, such as poisoning innocent people. This was done prior to Christianity by the Druids.
