Earthwork/Excavation for foundations and slab Fabrication and placement of foundation and slab reinforcement Pour concrete for foundations and slab Form columns and reinforcement Pour concrete for columns in lifts as necessary Build walls and place rebar (windows/doors too?), grouting required cells at appropriate times, leaving shear keys between lifts 7. Form and cast header beams with reinforcement 8. Place remaining block in gabled portions, place steel and grout cells if design specifies 9.
