Export Data to Excel

Step 1. To export your report data to Excel, use the following SAP menu path (as shown below): System > List > Save > Local File

Step 2. Select Spreadsheet indicator. Step 3. Click to close the Save list in file popup window.

Step 4. Click

in the Directory field to select a location for the file.
