A.C. Gilberts Discovery Village hires interim Executive Director Salem, Oregon May 1, 2012

The Board of Directors announced on Monday, April 30, that Pamela Vorachek has resigned as Executive Director of A. C. Gilberts Discovery Village. The organization is grateful for the tremendous accomplishments it enjoyed for the past twelve years under Voracheks leadership, states Amy East, President of the Board. The Board has hired an interim Executive Director, Joanna Engle, of Banner Non-Profits. Engle brings a wealth of experience in nonprofits and management to the Village. She is co-owner of Banner Non-Profits, a business that assists non-profit organizations with transition management. Engle will assume the role and responsibilities as director while the Board conducts a search for a new Executive Director. Engle may be reached at 503-371-3631 or via email at info@acgilbert.org.
