All laws apply to every moment every year, every month, every week, every day, every hour, every minute, and every second of our lives, whether we are aware of it or not. Every activity, project or task has a definite upper limit of performance called the upper limit of productivity. Exceeding this upper limit will compromise the quality of the activity/project/task.
