Engineering mode on ZTE mobile phones


ZTE's mobile phone handsets have the ability to display engineering mode information, which is intended for network engineers' information. For information about enabling engineering mode on some handsets, but you meddle with your phone's settings at your own risk! The following instruction is for the ZTE F8xx series, and other models are similar. Engineering Fields (Fold up the handset to resume) *#06# Show the IMEI of the handset

The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) is a number unique to every GSM and UMTS mobile phone. It is usually found printed on the phone underneath the battery and can also be found by dialling the sequence *#06# into the phone.

Mobile Country Code(3-decimal digit), e.g. 454 for Hong Kong, 460 for China,520 for Thailand Mobile Network Code(2-decimal digit).
