POD Leaders to bring their own Teaching As Inquiry Learning Plan to every POD Leaders session POD members to bring their own Teaching As Inquiry Learning Plan to every POD session To POD meeting 1 teachers bring-class data, school writing matrix, names of tentative target group & the data about them, survey information teacher & student if possible E learning teacher learning & modelling to engage students is the primary focus On Teaching As Inquiry Learning Plan the colleague craft knowledge section is to be completed & planned by the end of term 1 On Teaching As Inquiry Learning Plan the research knowledge section-we will take a formative approach. We will not set a cut off date for having this completed. It will be brought up & monitored in an ongoing way. POD Leaders to model & share their own research findings with others & check in with staff. We know that some people may legitimately take longer than others to complete we will make sure it is completed in a realistic timeframe. Change process lets remember that all POD members are not lined up at the starting line at the same point together The desired outcomes for POD meeting 1 are: *Establish relationships *Overview of the Teaching As Inquiry process *Complete planning as described below -Pages 1 & 2 fully completed by the end of the session -Page 3-colleague craft knowledge planned for ( colleague discussion & follow up planning to be completed by end of term 1) -Page 4 Research knowledge intention indicated (research to be undertaken & planned from as the process unfolds) CLARIFICATIONS Detail of how Teaching As Inquiry links to OD appraisal process Liz to discuss with Richard Survey results POD Leaders to seek clarification from Principal about how & when results will be available to teachers Critical Friend what is the vision/expectation?
