Document Delivery through PO Approval Process

AventX PO Approval supports integration with PO workflow, enabling the email and fax capabilities built into the Oracle EBS PO Approval screen. After a purchase order is created and submitted for approval, the above Approve Document screen is displayed. Users can simply check the desired transmission method (Print, Fax and/or Email) for the purchase order and click <OK>. After the final approvals have been made, the document will be routed through AventX to be delivered to the requested destination.

Submit Request Process through AventX Automatic Delivery

The AventX automatic interface allows you to deliver a range of documents or batch of reports. Simply specify the appropriate printer name assigned for automatic delivery at your site and select the correct report style for the document type. Once finished, click <OK> and submit your request. AventX will burst the batch file into individual documents and deliver them to their intended print, fax and/or email destinations. No further user intervention is necessary.

Submit Request Delivery Process through AventX Interactive Delivery

The AventX interactive interface enables users to dynamically deliver a single report to either individual or multiple users all without leaving Oracle E-Business Suite. Simply specify the appropriate printer name assigned for interactive delivery at your site and select the correct report style for the document type. Once finished, click <OK> and the AventX Interactive Delivery Form will display. The AventX Interactive Delivery Form enables the user to specify or modify address information. You may dynamically email and/or fax to any destination, dynamically set to whom or where delivery acknowledgements should be sent, determine whether or not to include terms and conditions, and dynamically set your cover page remarks.

Delivery Status Form For All Transmissions

The AventX delivery status feature enables your users to view real-time delivery status of your submitted documents from within Oracle E-Business Suite. The AventX Delivery Status Form enables you to locate your documents using a range of criteria and view status details of your document without ever leaving Oracle E-Business Suite. Additionally, users can manage the delivery of their own documents by re-queuing them to the same or an alternate email or fax address.
