The events have the following characteristics: They are often once in a lifetime experience for the participants They are generally expensive to stage They usually take place over a short time space They require long and careful planning They carry a high level of risk , including financial risk and safety risk There is often a lot at stake for those involved, including the event management team

    FIVE CS OF EVENTS
    1. Conceptualisation of the creative idea,ambience 2. Costing i.e. Calculation of the cost of producing and the margin on the event 3. Canvassing for clients , customers and networking components 4. Customisation of the concept depending on the customers requirements 5. Carrying-out the event as planned There is a complex interaction between the various Cs And they donot follow a particular sequence as presented above
