Maaseik, Belgium, June 07, 2012 -- During the General Assembly in Istanbul on Ma y 8th 2012, EUMEPS elected Mr. Jos Verstegen, President of EUMEPS section Constr uction as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Verstegen is succeeding Mr. Alessandro Auge llo, Technical Director of Poron Group Italy, at the expiry of his statutory ter m of office. Mr. Jos Verstegen is the director/CFO of Synbra Holding BV. Mr. A llard Lohman, Managing Director of HSV Packaging and Insulation was elected Vice Chairman of the Board. The Praesidium meeting of EUMEPS section Packaging elected Mr. Allard Lohman as President , succeeding Mr. Alessandro Augello. The appointees will take up their new roles with immediate effect.
