You can find your E-mail: county election office by clicking here (PDF). L ] Vote absentee More and more Montanans are choosing to vote early. You 2 can too by requesting an absentee ballot. Just fill out the Application for an Absentee Ballot here (PDF) and deliver it to your county election office (PDF) by noon, the day before the election. You can also sign up for the Annual Absentee List (PDF) to have ballots for which you are eligible automatically mailed to you. If you have already requested and received your Absentee Ballot, make sure its returned by the time polls close on Tuesday. Be sure to take into account mail delivery times, and remember you can always hand-deliver your ballot to your county election office (PDF). If you've already retuned your ballot, you can track it here. Vote At the Polls Polling places open between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm depending on where you are voting. While most will open at 7 am, you should contact your county election office (PDF) with questions, All polls will remain open until 8 PM, but anyone who is in line at 8 PM will be allowed to cast their ballot. If youre unable to drive to the polls yourself, contact your county election office (PDF) for options for voting including ‘voting by absentee ballot, or getting a ride from a community service organization that may be providing transportation in your community.
