Causes/Probable causes - For examples; mechanical overload, buckling, fracture, material fatigue, thermal, impact, rupture, wear, etc. - You may include simplified structural analyses/calculations of the given case. - If you are capable in finite element analysis software (ANSYS, ABAQUS, etc.), you may incorporate your analysis in the report - Data, values and information must be quoted from reliable sources only (journals, e-journals, textbook, etc.) 4. How it can be avoided or prevented? - again, here you may include simplified structural analyses/calculations of the case 5. Conclusion I MUST EMPHASIZE ALL STUDENTS NOT TO 1. Directly referencing any facts or information from wikipedia. HOWEVER, wikipedia is a good starting point for your research. 2. Copy and paste from your sources.
