Congratulations to Dr. Avelina T. Llagas for being a dynamic and progressive leader and educator of the Philippine Republic! As a Filipino Educator, I always believe that education is a core value of Philippine society and family life. It is the foundation of economic prosperity and individual liberty, justice and self-worth. In my capacity as the national president of the State Universities and Colleges Teacher Educators Association, we offer you our valued package of hard work and dedication of all our teachers, sincere praise and respect of every Filipino. We, the Filipino teachers, shall pursue to exert our best effort to fight poverty by working towards a relevant, responsive and a highquality educational system.
