2) Turn off the source of the electricity by unplug it or turning off the circuit breaker. 3) Use non-conductive materials to pull the victim from the electrical source. 4) Make sure you pull the victim with the object while not touching the one being electrocuted. 5) Place the victim carefully on their back and check for breathing and a pulse.
If the victim is vomiting, place her on her side. Do not attempt to remove someone being electrocuted by power lines. Seek help, preferably professional assistance. Call 991 and the local power company. The non-conductive material must be dry. Do not give the victim anything to drink. Do not apply anything to the burns.
