Dear Sir, Sub : Lease Deed Dt:2604-2003 Vacation of premises & Delivery of Possession Refund of Security Deposit Req -Reg: We (M/s. _____________________________Ltd) have entered in to a License Deed with you dt _______________ for taking the schedule property i.e. the Premises bearing D.No: _________________, consisting of Cellar, Ground and three upper floors at ______________________________on license to carry on the ___________________activities. The deed is executed by you in our favor, granting license to us for carrying on the educational activities for a period of Ten (10) years from the date of its execution ______________ which will end on ____________. We carried out our educational activities at the premises stated above with/by following all the rules and obligation set forth in the License Deed during the tenure of the deed. Now ,as the company decided to close our operations/activities at the above schedule premises, we vacated the premises and removed all the articles, fittings which were erected/installed by us. As the premises were vacated by us and Vacant physical possession is delivered by us to you , we request you to return the advance amount paid by us in lieu of the license deed.
