Members and Helpers contact lists and commitment 6. Members and Helpers Hi-visibility, with name badges 7. Trader / Exhibitor control on the day 8. Trader / Exhibitor contact list to be kept up-to-date with contact made well in advance 9. Project manager for each event on the day (for the whole fortnight) 10. Burgan was seriously missed a must to be included 11. The tea & coffee tent is a key element of the day and needs to be enhanced in its facilities and layout 12. There was a request for strawberries & cream 13. The Carn-O-Mohr wine was not a great success Revisit how we can best use this kind of support 14. Primary School involvement with the Scarecrow trail to be increased 19. Tug-of-War Not the best result firm Team Captain contacts required 20. Egg & Spoon and Sack races went down well more emphasis 21. Free tea / coffee for members and helpers on the day 22. Cash Floats requests in 3 weeks in advance (25 May 2013) 23. Confirm Bouncy Castle, Clay Pigeon and Climbing wall outlay prices and amount to be charged per Adult, Child etc 24. Extra (Bouncy Castle) insurance to be confirmed required / sourced 25. PKC Grass Cutting, Trash Bins & Portable Toilets - Booking
