Utility Bill Payment Center ABSTRACT

Objective: The main objective of Utility Bill Payment Center is to manage online process where in Customer can pay the utility bill through Cash, Cheque or DD. Only Electricity, Water & BSNL telephone bills can be paid through this system. Existing System: This existing system is not providing secure registration and profile management of all the users properly. This manual system gives us very less security for saving data and some data may be lost due to mismanagement. The system is giving only less memory usage for the users. This existing system contains the waste of time to wait in the queue for small bills also like telephone bill etc. The system doesnt provide any reports generation. Proposed System: The development of this new system contains the following activities, which try to automate the entire process keeping in the view of database integration approach. This system maintains users personal, address, and contact details. User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls provided by system rich user interface. This system makes the overall process much easier and flexible. Authentication is provided for this application only registered users can access. This system provides facilities to pay all type of bills in online. Using this system users can save their time and man power. This system is providing more memory for the users to maintain data. This system is providing accessibility control to data with respect to users. Number Of Module The system after careful analysis has been identified to be presented with the following modules: 1.Admin Module 2.SystemUser/OperatorModule 3.SuperVisor Module 4.CenterManager Module 5.ExternalAuditorModule(Govt.Officer) 6. Security And Authentication Module 7.Reports Module Module Description 1.Admin Module In this module the user can register an another admin. He can here also view all the application details of an applicant. he also can update status of an application. And he can also generate reports using report module. 2.SystemUser/OperatorModule Using his authenticated username and password login to the system and select the department name then he insert new transaction and submit into centralised database system. 3.SuperVisor Module

He can verify the posted tractions and there mistakes he can rectify those mistakes and submit to database system. 4.CenterManager Module He can have all the permision of superviser and have permision to view the reports of the transactions. 5.ExternalAuditorModule(Govt.Officer) He have the permision to see all the transactions with details of all the log files description. 6. Security And Authentication Module The user details should be verified against the details in the user tables and if it is valid user, they should be entered into the system. Once entered, based on the user type access to the different modules to be enabled / disabled and individual user can change their default password or old password. 7.Reports Module In this Module the Administrator can generate the different types of Reports according to their access.
