Below herewith I append the action plan for the respective teachers who will be replacing me in my absence. For English, the students will be given some assignments and to be monitored by respective teachers whom I have already informed and forwarded a copy of the action plans. As the for Accounts class, there will be no teaching by the replacement teachers, but teachers will go in just to monitor the class while students do their work on other subjects, as I feel that it would be too cumbersome for the teachers to teach the class since it is not a subject they are familiar with. ACTION PLAN Thursday 14TH June Form 2 Class Time : 8:00 a.m. to 9: 45 a.m. Replacement teacher : Ms. Selvy Subject : English Work Assigment : English Essay Writing Task : Give a brief introduction on essay writing example introduction, the body of the essay and the conclusion. Explain in detail the need of the question on page 159 and page 160 of the textbook. Tell students to attempt and complete both essays before the class session ends.
