PYONG AN 5 Form consists of 21 moves. 1.

) From ready position, turn 90 to left, left step out, left back stance, left single arm block (inside to outside), right hand in fist, palm up, on right hip. 2.) Holding feet in position, right short punch, shoulder high, elbow bent at 90, left hand in fist drawn palm up to left hip. 3.) Keeping left foot fixed, draw the right foot up to the left turning to face the starting direction, right hand brought back palm up to right hip, left hand in fist palm down, shoulder high, elbow bent at 90. 4.) Turn right 90, right step out to right leading back stance, right single arm block (inside to outside), left hand palm up on left hip. 5.) Holding feet in position, left short punch, shoulder high, elbow bent at 90, right hand in fist drawn palm up to right hip. 6.) Keeping right foot fixed, draw the left foot up to the right turning to face the starting direction, left hand brought back palm up to left hip, right hand in fist palm down, shoulder high, elbow bent at 90. 7.) Right step forward, right leading front stance, right double arm block. 8.) Left step forward, left leading front stance, cross block down, body and head aligned with back leg. 9.) Holding feet in position, cross block high using back of open hands, right hand closest to you. 10.) Twist right hand clockwise around left, right step forward, right leading front stance, right middle target punch, and give a loud Utz. 11.) Holding left (back) foot fixed, turn 180 counterclockwise over the left shoulder, landing in horse stance, right hand down block/hammer blow. Left hand on left hip palm up. 12.) Holding feet fixed, open knife hand block with left hand using back of hand, right hand drawn to right hip in fist, palm up. 13.) Right inside crescent block into left hand, landing in horse stance, right forearm smash into left hand, shoulder high. 14.) Left step behind right, double arm block to right, feet still crossed. 15.) Drop right hand to right hip, then drive up for upper cut punch (under opponents chin), left step out in opposite direction to left leading back stance, turning head from punch to direction of step (both hands still raised behind you). 16.) Bring right foot rapidly across your body launching into a jump in the direction of the back stance. Land with right heel down (this is the point of focus), giving a loud Utz, left foot crossed behind with ball of foot on floor, right hands in fists cross block down in front of you, right hand on top of left. Back should be straight and tilted at ~45, rear end lower than shoulders, head directed downward (toward block). 17.) Turn right 90, right step out, right leading front stance, double arm block. 18.) Turn 180 over left shoulder, right finger thrust across the body to opponents groin, left hand brought to right shoulder palm down. Immediately withdraw finger thrust, bring left hand in fist palm down to down block, right hand pulled back behind head in fist, elbow bent at 90. 19.) Slowly withdraw left foot to right, keeping eye toward opponent. 20.) Keeping feet fixed, turn 180 over left shoulder bringing both arms up in fists, elbows at 90, feet crossed 21.) Right step out to right leading back stance, left finger thrust across the body to opponents groin, right hand brought to left shoulder palm down. Immediately withdraw finger thrust, bring right hand in fist palm down to down block, left hand pulled back behind head in fist, elbow bent at 90.
