Video Outline: not meant to be a script, just content. Problem: We have an energy problem.

The sustainability and geopolitical effects are massive and well known. People may not recognize that buildings are a leading culprit, consuming around 70% of all electricity in the US. This electricity is expensive; accounting for 15-20% of a buildings operating expense. Solution: This cost, along with stakeholder pressure for sustainability, is forcing building owners and operators to adopt sustainable design practices. So we at Invisergy asked ourselves, What makes a sustainable product successful? How can it have a substantial effect and be widely adopted? The answer is two-fold. First, we recognized that price or more specifically lifetime value will be the primary driver for building owners. Second, we looked at the average commercial, industrial, and institutional building and found that the large percentage of the surface area of the building is covered in glass windows, skylights, and a type of non-structural faade called a curtain wall. In talking with architects, they said people adopt glass so widely because of its incredible aesthetic characteristics. So the goal is to find a way to make cheap, electricity generating glass that doesnt sacrifice aesthetics. Which is exactly what we did. Invisergys products use inexpensive and readily available materials in assembling highly transparent, electricity generating building materials. Our patent-pending technologies all operate on a similar premise; the surface of the window (or skylight, curtainwall) is used to capture and redirect light to the edges of the window. Standard silicon solar cells are positioned on the edge to harness this redirected sunlight. With the solar cells on the edge of the window, very high transparencies and subsequently the aesthetic qualities of the glass can be maintained. This is a characteristic none of our competitors have achieved. Effect: So, what impact can this have? We already have a functional prototype and proof of concept, which is exciting. And our models are even more encouraging. Our products are projected to operate at efficiencies of 3-5% while maintaining transparencies of 50-70%. On a standard, 15-floor commercial building, our product would generate around 100kw of power. This would offset 5-8% of the buildings electrical load, saving tens of thousands of dollars annually. And whats more, Invisergy is actually 25% cheaper than a standard window one that doesnt generate any electricity at all, inclusive of incentives. Even without incentives, Invisergy can deliver a payback period of 7-9 years. Our energy issue will have to be approached from a number of different angles. And while were just one of the solutions, Invisergy is committed to continuous, practical innovation. Our model is based on the premise of technological discovery and application, and we have already assembled a portfolio of

provisional patents. We hope to partner with an established player in building materials manufacturing and distribution, so we can focus on our competency of technical development. Team: Maybe say were great people to execute at this point.
