Floral Agreement Deposit: In order to secure oral services and reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required. Please make your check payable to Peg Moran and mail to above address. Payment Payment of 50% of the estimate is due thirty days prior to wedding date/event. Changes We will do our best to accommodate your changing needs. We need ve business days prior to your event to increase your order without additional charges. Changes in less than ve business days will incur a 20% additional fee. We also need ve business days to reduce your order. Otherwise, you will be billed the entire agreed-upon amount. If you need to change the date of your event, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, it will be based on availability of materials and may be subject to increased costs. Substitutions Generally, all owers we use are grown locally. Due to the nature of ower farming, however, sometimes it is necessary to make substitutions from wholesale suppliers. Prior to your event, it is important to let us know what colors and owers are acceptable as substitutions, as well as which are unacceptable. With specic information from you, we will use own judgement to make substitutions. Cancellations If you cancel your event, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days, your 50% payment is also non-refundable. Please let us know if there are extenuating circumstances.
