Description: Design and development of Commercial vehicles integration and its suspension system, also involved analyzing vehicle aggregates and layouts of vehicles for Indian market. Responsibilities Overall vehicle design and integrating the different aggregates of vehicle which will meet cost, weight, reliability, performance target and customer requirement as per Product Development System Specialized knowledge in the domain of vehicle integration to deliver well engineered product representing best in suspension system, packaging and interface joinery. 1. Description: Design and Development of Leveling Valve for Trailer Air Suspension system. The project involved benchmarking competitor valves and developing valves for 5 variants of different geographical trailer applications. Responsibilities Product Benchmarking. New Concept Development for 5 variants.(Second drive height, Height Control and Dumping function) Patent Infringement Analysis. & Preparing DFMEA. Designing the valve with maximum standard parts to reduce the cost. Modeling and detailing the valve components. VAVE activities 2. Description: Deployed optimization of suspension systems to carry the Wind Turbine Products for Asian geographical. By redesign the existing transportation system and analysis the load cases for storage and transportation conditions according to suspension system Responsibilities: Modifying the existing design to current requirements for suspension components (Leaf Spring) according to transportation systems with respect to vehicle additional tonnage to axles.
