Childhood Ratan Tata was born into the famous Tata family. Aprominent family belonging to Mumbai's wealthy Parsi community. He was born to Soonoo and Naval Hormusji Tata. Ratan is the great grandson of Tata group founder JamsedjiTata Cont. His childhood was troubled, with his parents separating in the mid-1940s when he was merely seven and his younger brother jimmy was five years old. Their mother moved out and both ratan and his brother were raised by their grandmother lady navajbai. Early career Ratan Tata completed his schooling from Campion School in Mumbai. He completed his BSc degree in architecture with structural engineering from Cornell University in 1962. And the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School in 1975. He joined the Tata Group in December 1962, after turning down a job with IBM on the advice of JRD Tata. He was first sent to Jamshedpur to work at Tata Steel. Career In 1971, Ratan was appointed the Director-in-Charge of The National Radio & Electronics Company Limited (Nelco). In 1981, Ratan was named director of Tata Industries, the Group's other holding company. In 1991, he took over as group chairman from J.R.D. Tata. Under Ratan's guidance, Tata Consultancy Services went public and Tata Motors was listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Contd In 1998, Tata Motors introduced his brainchild, the Tata Indica. On January 31, 2007, under the chairmanship of Ratan Tata, Tata Sons successfully acquired Corus Group, an Anglo-Dutch steel and aluminium producer. With the acquisition, Ratan Tata became a celebrated personality in Indian corporate business culture. The merger created the fifth largest steel producing entity in the world. On March 26, 2008, Tata Motors, under Ratan Tata, bought Jaguar & Land Rover from Ford Motor Company. The two iconic British brands, Jaguar and Land Rover, were acquired for 1.15 billion ($2.3 billion). Personal life Ratan Tata is a shy man, rarely features in the society glossies. He sometimes likes to fly his private jet himself. He has never been married. He is very simple. He likes to wear Herms ties and matching handkerchiefs. Principles of Tatas 1. In February 2004, Ratan Tata was conferred the title of honorary economic advisor to Hangzhou city in the Zhejiang province of China. In 2006 he received the FIRST Award for Responsible Capitalism. Rahul Bajaj born 10 June 1938 is an Indian businessman, politician . He is the chairman of Bajaj Group and member of parliament. Bajaj comes from the business house started by a Rajasthani Marwadi businessman Jamnalal Bajaj. He was awarded the third highest civilian award Padma Bhushan in 2001. His net worth is estimated to be at US$1.6 billion. He is currently listed 18th on the Forbes list of richest people in India.
Rahul Bajaj comes from the family of Jamna Lal Bajaj. Rahul is the grandson of Jamna Lal Bajaj, who founded the Bajaj Group. Early life

Rahul Bajaj is an STUDENT of Harvard Business School in USA, St. Stephen's College, Delhi, Government Law College, Mumbai and Cathedral and John Connon School. Rahul Bajaj is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Bajaj group, which has been named amongst India's top ten business groups. He is one of India's renowned industrialists and is internationally respected for his business expertise and entrepreneurial character. His sons Rajiv and Sanjiv Bajaj manage his companies. In 1980s Bajaj Auto was India's topmost scooter making company. After ten years of Bajaj Auto's success Chetak was launched. Bajaj Auto had to face many challenges with the liberalization of the Indian economy. The slump in the sale of scooters and the downfall of the stock market of 2001 hit the company hard. It was forecast by some business analysts that Bajaj industries would have to shut down soon. But without losing hope Rahul Bajaj with his business expertise reestablished the battered company. He established another factory in Chakan, invested in R&D and came up with Bajaj Pulsar Motorcycle. Bajaj Pulsar is presently a leader in its sector. Introd:Azim Hashim Premji (born 24 July 1945) is an Indian business tycoon and philanthropist who is the chairman of Wipro Limited, guiding the company through four decades of diversification and growth to emerge as one of the Indian leader in the software industry. According to Forbes, he is currently the third wealthiest Indian, and 36th richest in the world, with a personal wealth of US$13 billion in 2011.[3][5] In 2000, he was voted among the 20 most powerful men in the world by Asiaweek. He has twice been listed among the 100 most influential people by TIME Magazine, once in 2004 and more recently in 2011. [6] Premji owns 74% of Wipro Limited, which started off manufacturing hydrogenated cooking fats along with consumer products. It grew from a company of US $2.5 million to a giant of almost $7 billion under Premji's leadership. Wipro Technologies, the Global IT Business of the company, is one of India's largest software companies and is ranked among the top 100 technology companies globally.[7] EARLY LIFE:
EARLY LIFE Premji was born in 24 july 1945 in Karachi, British India , to an affluent Gujarati , Shia Ismaili Muslim entrepreneur MH Hashim Premji who owned the Western India Products (which later became Wipro Ltd.) which made hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats. His grandfather too was an entrepreneur and popularly called the rice king of Burma . H e completed his initial education at St. Mary's School, Mumbai , Premji was forced to leave his studies in electrical engineering from Stanford University , California, USA at the age of 21 to take over the family business when his father suddenly died in 1966 . Business expansion: When Azim Premji took over as its head, Wipro dealt in hydrogenated cooking fats and later diversified to bakery fats, ethnic ingredient based toiletries, hair care soaps, baby toiletries, lighting products, and hydraulic cylinders. Thereafter Premji made a focused shift from soaps to software.[8] The Amalner-based vanaspathi manufacturing company, the Western India Products later became Wipro Products Ltd and Wipro Limited subsequently. Under Premjis leadership Wipro embarked on an ambitious phase of expansion and diversification. The Company began manufacturing light bulbs with and other consumer products including soaps, baby care products, shampoos, powder etc. In the 1980s Wipro entered the IT field, taking advantage of the exit of IBM from the Indian market in 1975. Thus, Wipro started manufacturing computer hardware, software development and related items, under a special license from Sentinel. As a result, the $1.5 million company in hydrogenated cooking fats grew within a few decades to an over $6 billion diversified, integrated corporation in services, medical systems, technology products and consumer items with offices worldwide. The companys IT division became the world's first to win SEI CMM level 5 and PCMM Level 5 (People Capability Maturity Model) certification, the latest in quality standards. A large percentage of the companys revenues are generated by the IT division. Wipro works with leading Fortune 500 companies. Wipro also has a joint venture in Medical Systems with General Electric company.[1]

Premji has been recognized by Business Week as one of the Greatest Entrepreneurs[30] for being responsible for Wipro emerging as one of the worlds fastest growing companies. In 2000, he was conferred an honorary doctorate by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. In 2006, Azim Premji was awarded Lakshyalkhjkl Business Visionary by National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai.[31] He was awarded a Doctor of Literature (D.Litt.), an honorary degree, from the Aligarh Muslim University on the 18th of June 2008 on the occasion of 58th Convocation Ceremony of the University. In 2009, he was awarded an honorary doctorate from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut for his outstanding philanthropic work.[32] In 2005 the government of India honored him with the title of Padma Bhushan for his outstanding work in trade and commerce. In 2011, he has been awarded Padma Vibhushan, the second highest civilian award by the Government of India.[33]
