Applicant may withdraw by giving a written notice to LA before publication of Declaration (S8)

Inform Applicant of Forfeiture amount using Form 7 within 14 days and Refund non forfeited amount within 3 months( from the date of receipt of notification of forfeiture by Applicant)

Make objection using Form 8 to LA within 30 days (from date of receipt).Failing to make objection, deemed to have accepted amount by LA.
