About these menus


All menus can be easily customised by the client, function organiser or sales team. If menu is not customised or selected, the menu item defaults to the FIRST (1st) option listed. All dishes can be substituted at no cost from same priced or lower-priced menus. A charge applies to extra courses, dishes or upgrades to higher value ingredients All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong, and are complete prices that already include 15% tax and service, as is usual in Vietnam. Please take this into consideration when comparing quotes Our resort has a very strong reputation for food. We do not compete on price as we use only fresh food, cooked to order. No prepared or convenience foods are used, and we use only top quality ingredients. Well never compromise on quality to meet a budget but we do offer quality fresh ingredients cooked to order starting at very competitive low pricing

Our resort introduced Liquid Nitrogen ice cream to Vietnam in 2010. It has become one of our most popular dishes, with plenty of photos, videos and recommendations. Well set up a live station with chefs to make ice cream live in front of your guests. Its an impressive show, with plumes of super-cold nitrogen vapour billowing out of the bowl and falling to the floor. The ice cream is the smoothest you will ever taste and can be tailored to any special diets or events. All banquet organisers and clients will personally get a free ice cream show in Lobby Bar or Senses restaurant to taste and observe the incredible impact that this ice cream has.
