Power Services Worked as a Mechanical TA during the major inspection of Generator, Valves and Boiler Feed Pump turbines. Carried out following job during the outage o Inspection of Rotor (removed of generator field- 670MW GE-G3 machine). o Removed all coupling, bearings and seals and inspected them as per design. o Preformed coupling and shaft alignment during the assembly of coupling. Based on technical skill reduced vibration from 75 to 50 microns by alignment at LP- generator coupling. o Installed all Filed, oil deflectors, bearings, seals as per the design clearances. o Carried out vibration assessment of the STG-670 MW and Boiler Feed pumps, before and after outage. o Carried out vibration and analysis and provided balancing solution for the unbalance of rotor after outage in boiler feed pump, due to effect of poor workmanship in sand blasting. Bently Nevada Division

2008 - Carried out Trouble shooting of high vibration in KEV-Unit 5(500MW Steam Turbine-GE Machine) by in-situ dynamic balancing. Reduced vibration from 250 microns to 80 microns in LPA and LPB Rotor. 2009- Carried out trouble shooting of high vibration problem in KEV- Unit 6 (500 MW STG). Managed to reduce vibration from 240 to 150 microns by 4- plane balancing to compromise the unbalanced dynamic stiffness. The actual problem in the machine is high diaphragm seal clearances and coupling run out / rabbet fit assembly problem. 2011-Carried out Trim balancing in 700 MW STG-7 in Paiton in April 2010 and reduced vibration from 180 microns to 80 microns. 2010- Carried out route cause analysis in 700 MW STG-8 for 4x vibration and provided solution to reduce vibration from 140 microns to 100 microns. 2010- The PERTAMINA- Balangon unit was desired to pre- scheduled Major outage 13 month ahead due to frequent bearing failure in Main air blower due to scoring the journal in steam turbine free end bearing. But Provided cost effective solution to avoid major outage due to frequent
