1. Descrizione / Introduction
La EXP-FIH una scheda di espansione ingresso encoder optoisolato per i drive della serie ARTDrive. E possibile montare una sola scheda di I/O per Drive. La scheda composta da: 1 ingresso in frequenza optoisolato per encoder. - ingresso canale A / A negato con una tensione di 15...24V (150kHz max) - ingresso canale B / B negato con una tensione di 15...24V (150kHz max) Se utilizzato un encoder digitale di tipo complementare (A, Anot, B, Bnot), disponibile il segnale di mancanza encoder. The EXP-FIH card is an ARTDrive drive option used to add a second optocoupled encoder input to the drive. It is possible to use only one I/O expansion card per Drive. This option card features: -1 optocoupled digital encoder input - A / A not channel 15V/24V (150kHz max) - B / B not channel 15V/24V (150kHz max) When a digital encoder with all A, Anot, B, Bnot channels is used an encoder loss detection is available Vista frontale / Front side Lingresso in frequenza composto da:

2. Fissaggio / Mounting
La scheda EXP-FIH viene fornita con un kit comprendente distanziali ed il collegamento (C) scheda regolazione / scheda espansione. 1. 2. 3. Spegnere lazionamento. Fissare con le viti (B) e i distanziali (A) la scheda EXP-FIH alla scheda di regolazione. La scheda EXP-FIH si collega alla scheda di regolazione attraverso il connettore XH. Su questo connettore sono presenti le alimentazioni e i segnali. Accendere lazionamento.

The EXP-FIH card is supplied with standoffs and the cable for connection between regulation and expansion card . 1. 2. Switch the drive off. Fasten the EXP-FIH card to the drive regulation board by means of screws (B) and standoffs (A).

The EXP-FIH card is connected to the regulator card through the XH connector using the supplied cable. The power supply (+5V) and the control signals are provided by the drive via the XH connector. Switch on the drive.

3. Connessione encoder / Encoder connector

Linterfaccia encoder permette di collegare un encoder incrementale digitale attraverso un connettore 15 poli ad alta densit (tipo VGA). Lalimentazione per lencoder deve essere fornita esternamente tramite i morsetti 94, 95 secondo il tipo di alimentazione richiesta dallencoder (tipo alimentato a 15...24V).
