NOTES

Permits will not be issued unless this form is accompanied by the correct documentation and payment. Applicant’s visitors should park their vehicles legally elsewhere (for example in pay and display bays with a valid ticket displayed) pending receipt of the parking permits. Until the correct documentation has been received and checked, we cannot confirm that an applicant is eligible for permits and therefore we would not give their visitors permission to park in a permit bay in these circumstances.

Please allow 5 working days for your application to be processed

Please DO NOT send cash, cheque or postal order payments

The issue of Visitors’ permits is at the City Council’s discretion. The City Council reserves the right to query applications and refuse any applications where it is considered that Visitors’ Permits are being misused.

Sheffield City Council is under a duty to protect the public funds we administer, and to this end may use the information you have provided for the prevention and detection of fraud.
