In a hadith qudsi:
Allh says: I am with my servant
as long as he remembers Me.
(Related by al-Bukhr and Muslim)
The Prophet Muhammad related that Allh ordered Yahy
Ibn Zakariyyah with ve commandments; to act upon them and
convey them to the Children of Isral(the fth one being):
...and i order you to make
mention of Allh often, as this is
like a man being pursued at speed
by the enemy until he reaches
a protected fortress and so
protects himself inside it, likewise
is the servant, he can only
protect himself from shaytn
through remembrance of Allh,
the Mighty and Majestic.
