3.5 Strength and Weaknesses or SWOT Analysis Strength BJ Tyre Sdn Bhd is a manufacturer of non-pneumatic tyre. This product is a new revolution of tyre that has been use on the vehicles nowadays. It principally a tyre that does not supported by air pressure. Usually this tyre is used on some small vehicles as a main tyre but we design this non pneumatic tyre especially for spare usage where puncture tyre likely. The main point we choose to produce this tyre for spare usage is this tyre cannot go flat but they are far less common than airfilled tyre. So, from this function we identify that the non pneumatic tyre is very convenience for spare tyre usage. If we use the pneumatic tyre as a spare, the probability for the spare tyre become puncture is higher because for sure we will never check the air pressure in the spare tyre except the main tyre is flat. Unluckily, if the spare tyre also flat it will become worst. So with the non pneumatic tyre there is no worry about the probability of spare tyre flat and this tyre have a long lasting rather than air pressure tyre. This comprehensive SWOT profile of BJ Tyre provides you with a good business plan and analysis of the company's operations. The profile that we create will give the consumer a clear and strong view of the company strengths and weakness. This profile will help customer to formulate the strategies that have been use by us for our improvement time to time and become successful. Last but not least we have make sure that our company location situated nearest the main road and industrial are so that our customer can easily find our company by not giving any on them. Weakness BJ Tyre weaknesses are a lack of staff because we are new in this sector, so that our permanent staff might have to 2 times harder than usual to ensure there is no problem occur either production or management. So for the starting this is the biggest weakness of our company, eventhough we will make sure that our company weakness problem will be solve time to time to make sure our company will be one of the best among the best in this sector. Besides our product also have the own weakness like dissipating the heat buildup that occurs when they are driven. The other problem is airless tyres generally have higher rolling friction and it provide much less suspension than similarly shaped and sized pneumatic tyres. Although our product have their weakness, we are sure that the weakness are not affected the function of non pneumatic tyre because we produce this non pneumatic tyre just only for spare tyre usage. Besides, we will conduct a research and development continuously to make sure the weakness of this non pneumatic tyres will be solve. 4.0 MARKETING PLAN 4.1 Marketing strategy In marketing strategy we are concentrating on the quality, design, service, function and how it attract the consumer. We will make sure that our product quality and service is always in a good condition. For the quality control we also conduct a survey of 100 customers to make sure our

It has no the intermediary level and consists of a business service directly to customers. We are also receiving the order direct from customers by phone, fax, and e-mail. So that, the customers can directly discuss with us about working time, price per service, method used and equipment used. 4.2 Price strategy We try to be a lowest price company with non-pneumatic tyre product. Normally others company take 50% of profit margin but our company decide to get only 40% of profit margin for our 1st try in this field. 4.3 Promotion strategy The types of promotion strategies that we have choose to introduce our company are via advertising and sales promotion. Tire building Tire building is the process of assembling all the components onto a tire building drum. Tirebuilding machines can be manually operated or fully automatic. Curing Curing is the process of applying pressure to the green tire in a mold in order to give it its final shape, and applying heat energy to stimulate the chemical reaction between the rubber and other materials. 2. Final finish After the tire has been cured, there are several additional operations. Tire uniformity measurement is a test where the tire is automatically mounted on wheel halves, inflated, run against a simulated road surface, and measured for force variation. Tire balance measurement is a test where the tire is automatically placed on wheel halves, rotated at a high speed and measured for imbalance 5.3 PROCESS PLANNING
